Thermally Conductive Plastic Heat Sinks

Flexibility of injection molding means 3 dimensional design freedom.  The geometry is optimized for convection heat transfer.  Composite heat sinks are 40% lighter than aluminum which means better shock and vibration results.  No "Antenna Effect" means reduced EMI.  Stock parts are available in electrically conductive or dielectric (electrically insulative) compounds.
